Welcome to The Southern Nevada SubContractors' Bid Depository is a non-profit corporation that has been established in Southern Nevada since 1970.   We were founded by both General and Subcontractors dedicated to fair and equitable bidding. Our objective is to promote fair and open competition and insure that all bidders will be treated equally, and to lessen the confusion which has existed when no closing time is indicated. We are proud to undertake educational or promotional efforts as may benefit the users, the crafts which they represent, and the construction industry as a whole. We handle public works projects, valued at approximately one million or more. We customize and prepare the bidding documents for the  HVAC/Sheet Metal, Plumbing, Electrical, Fire Protection, Glass/Glazing, and Masonry contractors.   On bid day, the subcontractors in the above crafts, bring or fax their bid(s) into our office,  and deposit to the general contractors registered to pick up bids through the Bid Depository.   Our closing time is normally from three to four hours prior to the generals bid opening.   All bids must be time-stamped prior to the closing time.  See our Bid Procedures page for a more detailed description of our procedures.   If you have not downloaded Acrobat Reader, you may have trouble accessing Bid documents.
